Introduction

IVEN provides biopharmaceutical customers with a full range of microbial culture fermentation tanks from laboratory research and development, pilot trials to industrial production, and provides customized engineering solutions.

The design and manufacture of fermentation tanks strictly follow GMP regulations and ASME-BPE requirements, and adopt professional, user-friendly and modular design, and can provide containers that meet different national pressure vessel standards such as ASME-U, GB150, and PED.

The volume of the tank we can provide ranges from 5 liters to 30 kiloliters, which can meet the needs of high aerobic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Pichia pastoris.

This product is suitable for the batch cultivation of microorganisms in the pilot and production scale of biological drugs such as recombinant protein drugs (such as insulin) and vaccines (such as HPV, pneumococcal vaccine).
